Excellent stay.

Liked: Location was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No microwave and no mini fridge. This should be a basic minimum available in all hotels.

It was OK for $800...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. It wasn’t spectacular nor was it terrible. I’ve never thought of cheese sticks as breakfast, but the selection of juice was good.
Disliked: The front desk staff could’ve been more communicative. I went downstairs to ask for new towels and the front desk. Lady told me that she would call room service and have them sent up towels and I had to come down an hour later to ask after the status.

Nice hotel in the heart...

Liked: Approx 75 yards from Times Square but away from the noise and hustle.Small hotel, easy check in and clean. Breakfast is a grab and go without any chance of sitting at all. Choice is pretty good.Rooms are cleaned well but generally the maid is waiting for you to leave so she can clean. Had to put the “do not disturb” sign up after being knocked up at 8.15am. Bathroom is a good size, the rooms have all you need but was disappointed to get “half” of a settee unlike the pictures.
Disliked: As above

Disliked: The city view was very poor, some utilities was not working
