Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Very clean room. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: No small refrigerator

Disliked: The shower booth draining was too slow and smell not nice.

Disliked: Dirty- room had so much dirt & dust that it obviously hadn’t been cleaned Rude staff- especially receptionist Monica Misleading photos of hotel rooms- the rooms aren’t as nice as the photos show them to be Difficult to contact- had to ring numerous times to get our refund processed

It was very good.

Liked: Breakfast should have more alternatives on bread spread such as butter and jelly.
