Terrible stay, extremely uncomfortable.

Disliked: No heater in the entire property. When I booked “Heating” was described in the included room facilites but they didn’t have any heating working which caused me be extremely uncomfortable in the room. They didn’t want to refund me anything so I could go look for another hotel. The managers are extremely incompetent and we’re not willing to provide me an alternative. This is a scam! Breakfast is simply a grab and go, they do not have an actual breakfast. I strongly advise anyone who is thinking about staying in this place to look for somewhere else.

Disliked: Condition of the room. Broken shower head, broken faucet,broken light switch, cracked mirror. Breakfast was "grab and go" ...for the cost of this hotel , this was an insult.

Superb

Liked: Perfect location just off time square. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff at reception. We liked the grab and go continental style breakfast and didn't delay our day touring the city.
Disliked: The room was a little run down. But had all amenities there.

Liked: The room was really comfy, with a lot of space. The bed was truly amazing, and the location was good.
Disliked: I paid for a room with a view, and I was very disappointed to see the bricks of the back of another building… They also say they can’t serve a true breakfast because of COVID, but it seems like an excuse to save money on customers. But as for the other hotels around Times Square, they can charge a lot and not meet the expectations, as they will always find people to book rooms !
