For the price I paid, it would have been nice to have a clean bathtub, or even empty trash cans instead of the previous person's trash. The electrical outlets did not even have face plates. The carpet throughout the room was dirty and frayed. No refrigerator; no microwave; no coffee or any food choices within the hotel. Walking into the lobby I was impressed and felt bamboozled after riding 20 floors in the rickety death trap of an elevator and then walking into what looked like a 'pay by the hour' cheap motel. The employees were not courteous nor knowledgeable. The additional $50 I had to pay for parking considering upon booking I was told there was free valet parking made it a completely disappointing experience. The final question I asked before leaving was 'when will the $100 deposit be returned to my credit card?' The response was ' I couldn't tell ya, but probably within the next couple weeks.' To sum it up any other hotel in the area has to be better than this place.
Liked: Location was close to everything.
Disliked: Dirty; no amenities; rude employees.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The lobby promises a level of quality that my room, at least, did not deliver. Average at best; somewhat run-down and overly basic at worst.

The staff, from the front desk, to the doorman, were all wonderful - friendly, helpful, pleasant, and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay.
Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room.

It was very disappointing!
Liked: The location
Disliked: The condition of the bathroom was awful. The sink was cracked, the bath tub finish was worn and the tub looked dirty. There was no drain stop in the sink. The electrical outlet didn’t work consistently and I was concerned about the safety. Room 3612.There was not a refrigerator in the room, there was not a pen or paper in the room, shower cap, or water. There was not a desk area as pictured on the website. I feel like you marketing is deceptive. I stay in Manhattan often and these amenities are basic, especially when the cost of the room is over $400.I made my reservation in advance and requested an early check in as we had an early evening event. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was fairly quiet, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and told me that if I wanted an early check in, I had to upgrade the room from Queen to King bed. For a substantial increase in price. I was at her mercy as we needed to get ready for the event. I paid the ridiculous increase but vowed that I will never stay at that property again. I feel that I was taken advantage of and I am not a happy patron.

Very poor

Run down and dirty
Disliked: My bathroom was dirty and all of the shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty. The floor was sticky and there was hair in the shower. The whole room felt very rundown and in need of updating. Very few outlets, curtains with holes worn through. I also never received service to have my room made up.
