Liked: Great location, staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms kept clean and given water everyday
Disliked: A couple issues with the elevator and door keys not working sometimes. Not a huge issue and staff were always helpful but they were the only negatives!

Disliked: Room wasn’t ready when I arrive a couple of hours early before check in only accommodation that was offered was to spend additional $100 per night to get a room that ready before 4:00 pm. My birthday wasn’t acknowledged after it was disclosed in my booking. Most times the manager of customer care sends a personal note for celebrations.

Disliked: Carpet dirty,dusty& the telephone is not working

Liked: The bar downstairs is great, great downtown location, and consistent with comfort and service.
Disliked: The furnishings are becoming a little dated.

Liked: Location is fabulous and the view from the room is priceless
Disliked: Although it is generally clean and well maintained, it could undergo renovation. Carpet stains and dirt on the walls is not something you want to look at on your vacation
