Liked: the view in the room was amazing, and there was heaps of space (we had two queen beds in corner suite). great location across the road from 9/11 memorial and oneworld but super far from anything else - you?ll need to catch subways everywhere, and some stations nearby are sketchy late at night. great water pressure in shower. rooms were clean and free water was replenished each night.
Disliked: this place is dodgy - sex workers in the lifts each night and randoms able to walk into the lobby off the street and access any floor via the lift. I am still waiting for security charges to clear 5 days after my stay. the restaurant and bar was closed but no notice was given to travellers so you could choose somewhere else. rooms are dated with no fridge. not great value for money and DO NOT GET YOUR LAUNDRY DONE HERE. was charged nearly AUD$400. staff were hit and miss in terms of service received. the area isn?t great for tourists.
