Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent for families with children offering a variety of activities. The staff is absolutely amazing.
Disliked: I wasn't aware that there is an app where I had to book all the activities ( swimming pool, cars for the kids, etc) therefore the disappointment of making this booking. But despite that , I will return as it is an amazing place which is worthy to be explored.

Cosy quiet place.

Liked: Great hot bathroom. Confortable rooms and beds. All cosy and spanking clean.Delicious food and drink. Lidl supermarket very close.
Disliked: The restaurant kitchen opening times suddenly changed. It was incorrectly announced at the entrance.. And the next day the kitchen closed early although we had asked for the closing to an employee an hour before. We had to go out for food twice twice when we we would have preferred to eat here because the food is very good. We had no access to the pool or the sea. It was closed in the evening

Liked: The staff were very friendly and nice.
Disliked: The bar staff are SO slow, we waited about half hour and then left instead. The beds are very very small. Me and my husband couldn’t share.

Lovely place nice and quiet...

Liked: Lovely site, really pretty. Decor in the Lost Squirrel was so nice. Food good.
Disliked: Couldn’t check in until 4 and had to be out by 10 so for just a 2 night stay, we only really had a day to properly relax so felt like not great value for money. Service was really slow at the bar and no swimming slots available for our stay.

Good

Liked: The site was lovely to be honest nice and clean.
Disliked: The luxury lodge was a let down for price of it i would'nt call it luxury. the furniture outside seen better days cushions were dirty. Inside there was rip on bottom of sofa the table top was'nt fixed properly. One sofa looked dirty the floor and sofa's were covered in pet hairs our clothes were covered in hair. Was'nt even stated it was pet friendly lodge. Some cups and glasses were'nt washed properly. The knives did'nt cut were blunt. One of the trims round the window was'nt even fixed kepted falling off. Cobwebs. toilet seat was'nt fixed securely. There was odour that i think the sofa and curtains needed a good clean. Everything else was fine but rest was a let down when your expecting luxury lodge i say more like standard caravan. I say attention to detail and cleanliness was lacking. Not only that when it did'nt state it was pet friendly thankfully none of us had allergy to a pet hairs
