Disliked: Road noise from main road. Room was hot all night no ac. Beds uncomfortable. Bathroom bath panel had a massive split in it

Liked: Location full English breakfast.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows, no air conditioning, no plain yoghurt at breakfast time only flavoured.

Lovely and clean but attention...

Liked: The location for the city was brilliant. The breakfast was ok and set us up for the day but but not a lot of healthy choice for alternatives to the cooked breakfast. A lot of sugar in everything.
Disliked: Extra attention to detail in the room would have made a huge difference. Not all light bulbs were working in the bathroom, the sink plug was broke. No shelf to lay out toiletries. A proper shower would have been better with a solid shower curtain. The room had no soft lighting - all very blue/cold and not inviting to stay in. The pillows were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable.

Liked: We like everything about it , especially the location, we have been before and most certainly be booking again . Breakfast really good .
