An absolute delight!

Liked: The Milestone is everything that you could hope for in a London hotel. The property itself is beautiful and everyone is so gracious and kind.We were treated with extra care and consideration, and I know that we were all regretful that we hadn’t planned to stay longer. On our first day, my husband and I had drinks in the lobby bar while waiting for my parents to land at Heathrow. Snacks were provided, and I off-handedly mentioned how much I love Twiglets. One day, Twiglets were waiting for me in our room with a lovely note. It’s that level of thoughtfulness that makes me want to plan all of our future London holidays with a stay at The Milestone Hotel!

A lovely fairy stay

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous , very well designed and decorated. The breakfast room is perfect as much as the staff.

Liked: The hotel's own description on its website is completely accurate in every aspect. It offers a sumptuous accommodation, unsurpassed service, genuine hospitality and first-class food. Particularly mentionable is the extremely warm, attentive and passionate staff.We will definitely come back again.

Fantasic wedding anniversary experience

Liked: My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our wedding anniversary this last weekend. We already live in London so it was a treat to stay slightly further into the centre. We loved our stay. The staff without exception were friendly and courteous. We had a room upgrade which was lovely and we were given a card, a small selection of desserts and some sparkling wine for our wedding anniversary as well as some other nice touches. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the bath ran quickly and as hot as you like. The resistance pool was an interesting experience, the sauna was excellent. The gym looked decently equipped though we didn't use it. The decor is traditional but the paintings are slightly quirky. We had breakfast in our room which was excellent quality and beautifully served. We did not dine in but the bar, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. The location is brilliant, right opposite Kensington Gardens and at one end of the High Street for shopping. This is the same small chain of hotels that my parents have stayed in occasionally and as a family we rate them highly for quality at a relatively good price compared to a lot of London hotels.
