Liked: What a fabulous place. Staff were so welcoming and friendly they could not do enough for you. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the decor was fabulous. Such a wonderful hotel we will be back!!!

Great service and food, but...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent – the fresh mint tea was especially lovely and the sausage was really tasty. The location is fantastic, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We also really appreciated being able to upgrade to a suite at a low cost.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as we expected – there was a stain on the floor and the shower head had a build-up of limescale or scum, which made the water spray in all directions. The air conditioning also didn’t work, which made the room a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Gorgeous hotel! We were so impressed. Staff treat you like royalty as soon as you walk in the doors. Great location - easy tube access.
