Disappointed

Liked: Good location and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom wasn't draining and there was a brown stain on the pillowcase. The windows were dirty and rooms were dusty. Upon request was moved to another room but the windows and room were the same there (at least the sink was draining). Meant to be unlimited tea/coffee but it wasn't. Everything was one of this or one of that...like being on ration! For what the holiday cost me, I was very disappointed.

My stay was decent, but...

Liked: The location of the hotel was strategic—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible, which made getting around very convenient.
Disliked: 1- £200 deposit required on arrival on top.2- Housekeeping service was quite slow and often delayed.3-It took around 15 minutes to receive a simple black coffee at breakfast, as the waiter mentioned there was a long queue at the coffee machine.4-The breakfast setup was not a typical buffet. Instead, orders were taken individually like at a regular restaurant, which resulted in longer waiting times for food.

Liked: Friendly staff, early check in went smoothly, luxurious decor and rooms, breakfast runs until 11.
Disliked: £100 deposit required on arrival on top.

Liked: Location was great. The lobby is beautiful, and staff tried to be helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom is too small, and it's impossible not to get the floor wet. Also, the temperature was freezing and it took 24 hours and many phone calls to the lobby to get fixed

Liked: I was given an incredible suite that was exceptional. Middle Eight is truly the best hotel I've been in London. Excellent hotel, excellent service and excellent location. Simply Perfect. Thank you very much.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing I did not like.
