Recommended.

Liked: Reception staff were brilliant, upgraded our room as it was my partners birthday. Room itself was clean, well decorated and big. Nice shower and bed, reasonably quiet at night also. Would recommend.
Disliked: The breakfast didn’t taste the best, it took a long time and came out different from our request.

Lovely treat for overnight stay...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, luxury feel to hotel, relaxed atmosphere, room had lots of quality amenities, great cocktails, free drink on arrival. If you don't want to pay a fortune but want a decent standard, this is good for you.
Disliked: Please note this is only the 2nd hotel I have stayed in in London, so hard to compare prices, last time was the Savoy which is a LOT dearer!

Perfect location, exceptionally helpful and...

Liked: It had a wonderful ambience. Spacious but welcoming with just the right amount of furniture in reception. Welcome drink on arrival. Non fuss registration with THE best, obviously well trained staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Even opening the tops of the complimentary soft drinks and water bottles for me because my hands are bad! Bed linen and pillows gorgeous
Disliked: Nothing derogatory to say about anything regarding the accommodation or restaurant. Perfect
