Disliked: It was dirty and overpriced; a lot of people coming and going (if you know what I mean); would be nice to know what kind of hotel you are staying in before you make the reservations; would not stay here again.

Liked: breakfast was good and plenty of choices. room was clean and comfortable. staff was very good
Disliked: lock on the door didn't work well and the door rattlers every time a door shut in the hall it outside

Bed bugs hotel

Disliked: When we arrived and tried to enter the main entrance to check in, we were asked to enter through the other door, because, "there was shattered glass on the floor". First red flag. Once we entered and walked down the hall to the check in desk, the attendant then again explained there was shattered glass on the floor and that we needed to stop walking. When I looked at the floor, there was no shattered glass. Second red flag. After confirming the check in, the attendance have us out key cards and we proceeded to the room, 113. As we do on every hotel stay, we check the mattress for any signs of bed bugs. In room 113, when checking on the left side of the mattress, there was some black mold looking black spots with bed bugs, this mattress was totally infested, you can see them in plain sight! We immediately asked for a refund and we left, funding a more sanitary hotel for the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless y'all need some house pets!

Liked: Desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom and room had an moldy smell. Later in evening wholle hotel had a burnt smell. Bathroom ceiling was cracked. Smok detector was covered in a bag, and the security lock had been removed from the door. TV remote was not fully working and room was oddly arranged. Couch in room was very old and stained.

Not comfortable nor refreshing

Liked: Room was small. Seemed smaller than average. Corners and even in the toilet paper holder were dirty. The sheet was dirty. The toilet was hard to flush and breakfast was terrible. Cereal and a few danishes.
