Disliked: Pool was ice cold could not swim in it. This is the second time we came here and the heater wasnt working

Probably the worst experience staying...

Liked: Really not a lot of good things to say with the experience I had.
Disliked: The rudeness of the staff, inability to greet guests properly and deal with the issues of our room. Or lack of interest to try and help. Cleanliness of room was poor, greeted with broken cheezies on the carpet, lack of toilet paper and Kleenex....etc.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Wished that the room had a tub in it. I did expect two beds, but had a bed and pull out couch, but that was ok. It was super busy and was glad to have been able to stay in same hotel as my grandsons hockey team.
Disliked: Longer pool hours, but the pool was great. Even though it "shut down" at 9, they let it stay open a bit longer and that was appreciated.

Exceptional

Liked: The Indigenous art work, displayed everywhere, was soooo beautiful. I wondered every inch of the hotel just to see the different art work. The whole hotel is clean and the staff working over Christmas were all so amazing. I will definitely stay everytime we travel to town.
Disliked: The only thing I was a little upset about but not to big of a deal was, the hot tub broke the morning of the day we arrived. But the pool was just as great

Location was fine.

Liked: The room was nice, beds comfortable.
Disliked: Pillows were too hard for our liking. Unfortunately no bar service. Breakfast was minimal and cold by the time we arrived downstairs.
