Liked: Very easy to locate.Good food (except very little protein!! Only eggs were hardboiled), iron and board and nice hair dryer. WONDERFUL LIGHTING!!! in room and bathroom.
Disliked: 2 dead roaches in the bathroom!! When we went down to front desk to ask them to p/up Large Roaches and to please spray with bug poison they came and used Febreze room deodorizer. B/c staff spoke almost NO ENGLISH!!! I was able to get fresh towels from a wonderful Latina woman bc I speak some Spanish!!!No soap!No window curtain liner so could not get outside light! We were on the ground floor so people could see in!Staff quite unfriendly and not @ all empathetic to our needs or complaints with exception of the one older (hospitality) woman who was nearly always there cleaning lobby and entrance including sweeping outside!!!<&&

Convenient and clean

Liked: Easy to find, quiet no road noise and other guests were very quiet. A clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was outstanding! Very well stocked with a very nice variety of foods. Plenty of hot foods, waffles and all the other breakfast items. Very good coffee.
