Disliked: It was dirty and overpriced; a lot of people coming and going (if you know what I mean); would be nice to know what kind of hotel you are staying in before you make the reservations; would not stay here again.

All in all was a...

Liked: Housekeepers very nice friendly very welcoming kind night girl little Mexican girl AMAZING. CHAD VERY NICE MAN. However the young man need a little more customer service.
Disliked: The general on the weekend seems like he can never figure out people's reservations

Disappointing

Liked: I like that it was close to my family home
Disliked: I didn’t like that it says smoke free but it smelled like smoke when we first entered.I didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have much options.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Cards didn’t work for rooms, hot tub was cold and dirty, water was cold for showers, rooms stink, lots of drug addcits, staff didn’t speak or understand English - never coming back again - total fraud of a hotel, all it provided was a roof and bed
