Liked: Bldg appeared to be new.
Disliked: The location was convenient to the interstate but the neighborhood is sketchy- low rent district. There were lots of construction workers' vehicles in the parking lot- I guess this is where they live while they are on a local construction contract. It seemed more of a long-term stay clientele here. Late at night, there was a nice stray dog in the parking lots between the Microtel and the next door Waffle House restaurant and Gas station/convenience store. The Wafflehouse is 24/7 and always busy. The dog appears to be fed scraps by patrons. He's looks healthy- follows everyone that walks by.

Liked: Room was great & clean
Disliked: Worker that checked us in seemed like doing her job was an inconvenience. She said that if we went back out that we would need to have the room card key to get back inside that night. Had to go out to get something and key didn't work to get back in. So she had to get back up to let me in. During all this a man come in to check on room availability. She said there was only 2 rooms left.....there was only 7 cars in the entire parking lot.
