I was amazed at the...

Liked: The hotel was above my expecation,, the staff was extremely helpful, and checking out felt like walking away from family. I would recommend serving eggs and hot chocolate for breakfast.
Disliked: My stay was very long, and would have loved to be able to purchase cup soup, or microwaveable things in the evening.

Liked: Clean safe place to stay overnight in Charlotte
Disliked: The coin laundry did not offer any detergent or other laundry care products. Had this been offered for sale this would have been a 10/10.

Great value & location.

Liked: We were in town for a show at The Fillmore. This location was great & very affordable price. The man working the counter was really nice & we enjoyed our quick stay! Will book again in the future if back in town for a show.

I stayed at the hotel...

Liked: I loved the fact that they had pancakes for breakfast. Staff was helpful to me by also providing aluminum foil that I needed.
Disliked: I would have liked it if they served meats- like bacon or sausage. Otherwise it was still good.

Disliked: Smell of elevator and lobby. Smelled like oil/gas
