Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Liked: The staff was nice. Thanks for the free continental breakfast!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Liked: Nothing positive about this place.
Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Will not return to this...

Liked: Breakfast was minimum, few selections.
Disliked: Staff service, breakfast and size of room, TV and telephone didn't work.

Disliked: Air conditioning was intermittent during the night. Room was alternately hot/cool.We booked an accessible room because of mobility issues but our room 301 could not have been further away from the elevator.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The breakfast room was great, very clean , we were very pleased i wanted a room on the first floor but considering I booked it at last minute and short notice it was still wonderful
Disliked: Everything was very clean and the outside smoking area for my husband was nice

Liked: Room was super clean excellent customer service. Waffles were amazing!!!
Disliked: Would be good to have some eggs, sausage and bacon with breakfast. Fresh fruit, muffins and cold juices.

Disliked: The placement of the ac could not get any worse. The room was absolutely unbearable. The seating over the ac blocks all of the air flow causing one to sweat while trying to sleep for a 5 am flight. The pillows need to be replaced, 0/10 would not recommend. They are lumpy and horrible. Don’t believe me, try for yourself. 4 people and none where able to sleep. I will not be returning to your hotel or suggesting it to anyone else.
