Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Liked: Exceptionally clean room. Mattress was very comfortable, all the bedding was clean and crisp. Room air-conditioning was working perfectly, and easy to control. Shuttle service to and from airport, drivers were friendly and safe drivers. I liked everything about my experience.

Liked: Friendly staff, especially Christian, who was incredibly friendly, efficient and sweet when we arrived, as well as our lovely shuttle driver on the morning of check-out. Close proximity to airport. Free airport shuttle, which was brilliant.
Disliked: No shower gel in the bathroom. Breakfast was super-sparse (just cereal, grits, cereal, bread and bagels.....Could have done with perhaps some boiled eggs and/or cheese or cured meats to add a bit of protein?)

Disliked: Was told my card couldn't be accepted at check-in, was told it suddenly was acceptable once I threatened to call Wyndham or booking.com. Was told I was not permitted to return because of the card I used by the rude lady at the front desk when I checked in. I told her I was not planning to ever return to this location.
