Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Liked: Nothing positive about this place.
Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Disliked: the hair dryer is not working, one of the bedside lamp doesn’t have a bulb and the sink is clogged.

Disliked: I didn't like that I had a non smoking room on a floor where people were smoking you could smell it from the hallway not out my room and I dirbt get my deposit backs

Disliked: The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up, although I arrived after 10pm and there was no traffic. I had to call the front desk twice to make sure someone was picking me up. The hotel is 2 miles or 7 minutes from the airport. Go figure...

Disliked: First room I got air conditioning wasn’t working. So they gave me another room and this room tv wasn’t working. Couldn’t turn on . It had no power at all. But I didn’t try to turn it on till it was late at night after I got into bed. Called front desk to tell them. But I wasn’t gonna change to another room in the middle of the night.
