Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Liked: Nothing positive about this place.
Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Liked: I enjoyed the walk in shower. The room was comfortable. There wasn't a lot of noise.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. There were tables and chairs in the lobby but, the chairs were resting on top of the tables.

Disliked: I had a disability room that was comfortable but the bath chair had be changed because the other chair was broken.

Liked: The hotel is just a few minutes from CLT and provides a shuttle to and from. It was perfect for my early morning departure.
Disliked: The room I stayed in had paper thin walls and I could hear the people next door who were soooo noisy. Earplugs helped, but wish I didn't have to use them.
