We had a positive experience.

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Convenient location. It is located in an industrial area but that didn't effect our stay in any negative way.
Disliked: The breakfast was lacking selection.

Disliked: We had to get another key card made 3 times when we went out and came back

Nice rooms, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Friendly staff who accommodated my room needs (a quiet placement) without any problems. Room was clean and comfortable and they've added mini-fridges since the last time I stayed there. Breakfast exceeded my expectations (they had waffles!).
Disliked: Bed was a bit high for me (I'm very short) and the room lights were VERY bright. But these are minor quibbles that didn't impact my stay in the slightest. :)
