No HOT water

Liked: Location
Disliked: NO HOT WATER. The water was cold, like ice cold.. tried at 6:30, 7, 10, 3am.. still ice cold.Texted, emailed and called no answer. One of the towels had a blood like stain so I asked for a couple more. The downfall was the ice cold shower water.

Liked: Room is dirty .
Disliked: All everything. Everywhere is out of order, water, coffee machines, food machines, water supply can’t able to access at the room.
