Disliked: Not clean. (Carpeting) It looked like the original carpeting that came with the building and was very dirty. No full-length mirror. The mirror in the bathroom was tilted, so you had to get on your knees to see. No receptacle plug on the left side of the bed. The formica desk was missing pieces of formica.

Disliked: Arrived around 5:00 PM Checked in and picked up card keyWent to room 124 and it was in VERY rough condition. Torn and dirty carpetWent to front desk to request another room.Told all rooms sold out. We unloaded our SUV and went back to room 124.I went out to pick up some dinner and came back about 30 minutes later.When I got back to room 124 my wife told me we had a problem.She brought me to the bathroom where water was Pouring out of the ceiling. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform them of the issue.They told me they would send someone to mop up the water. I replied are you shi.... meI demanded another room and guess what???They had another room.We then moved our stuff (unassisted by staff) To room 184.Not much better but not raining from the ceiling. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and wad told I should be happy they provided another room at no additional charge.This is the FIRST review I have ever done but was so pissed off I thought I should alert others to this terrible hotel. Sorry about the ranrt

Disliked: My room had an extremely strong animal odor. Either carpet or bedding or both were soaked with dog urine. They shouldn't rent room like that.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient being that it is right off of I-95 in Wilson, NC.
Disliked: The hotel is not aesthetically pleasing. The carpeting in all areas is ripped and frayed. Hotel staff were not welcoming and in one case, rude (maintenance). The rooms are blah. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are small, square and flat. The walls are paper thin and the whole facility smells musty.Considering there are hotels that are far superior in the area AND within the same price point (Country Inn Suites, for example), I will be staying there from now on.
