Liked: The only thing I liked about staying there was the parking area was well lit.
Disliked: I walked in on the maintenance man changing in my room, that I paid for. That was very uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. If he was able to freely go in my room there’s no telling who else has access to my room while I wasn’t there.

Liked: It was extremely clean from the time you entered until exit. Staff cleaned the room every day and supplied new towels.

Disappointing & unacceptable.

Liked: The front desk lady was nice
Disliked: No elevator. No ice machine upstairs. Carpet in halls and stairwell torn and gross. Doors to rooms were warped and didn’t all shut properly. Perimeter doors did not lock, so no feeling of security. In addition, a gentleman seemly selling drugs outside, right by our car, which was full to the brim of our stuff as we were traveling across country. There were additional shady people hanging around that made us feel very uncomfortable. We left after 20 minutes and do not spend the night. Refund requested.

Disliked: The whole hotel smelt like dog! The bowls where the breakfast is were dirty and very noticeable! The room was not swept good at all! When you allow pets in rooms you need to make sure the cleaning is on point
