Therefore, the hotel is unable to honor any reservations. Your reservation will be canceled without charge and fully refunded if prepaid. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Please contact booking.com to relocate.my message:I really regret that since the 1st November until now you haven’t told us you wouldn’t comply with the confirmed and paid reservation made at your hotel and now that I’m already travelling to New York, I receive this information (leaving me without any solution for the problem caused)!I regret I’ve made the reservation with our hotel. This is totally unprofessional and understandable behaviour.Please proceed with the immediate reimbursement.

Disliked: The only thing was during check in. I was the first waiting and instead of calling people to check in by order. They let me sit there while everyone passed me to check in. I had to get up and say what about me. But overall stay was great. Thanks
