Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access to interstate.
Disliked: Rooms need a good cleaning. Check-in was very slow. They need more than one attendant when a problems arises with another guest.

Sorry to say, my stay at Microtel was very disappointing. I had to change rooms - the first room smelled horrible. I changed to another room, where the bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The microwave door or cover fell off when I tried to pop some popcorn. The bathroom sink was not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid - I promise I will never stay at another Microtel By Wyndham again!

Do not book or stay here. If you are not satisfied, they will not give a refund at all, but only offer you a room that is as bad as the first one. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

Liked: Nothing positive about this place.
Disliked: The rooms were very damp and smelt bad. The hallway carpets looked water stained. The carpets in the room were damp as well.

Disliked: The only annoying thing was that our room key didn't work initially. We had to take it down to be refreshed each time we entered. Otherwise it was quite nice.

Disliked: I was by the laundry room and it was very noisy but other than that great stay!

Disliked: Dirty exteriors, trash over flowing, broken down cars in the lot, stinky halls.
