Liked: We had a suite room. It was extremely clean and quite spacious. The breakfast offerings were good and the coffee was great. The location was great for us and there were numerous places to eat and shop not far up the road.
Disliked: The only down side was that there is no closet or dresser in the room. It wasn't a big deal for us because we only stayed two nights.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. Had a nice variety. Coffee was good. Never saw a desk person the whole time I was getting breakfast.
Disliked: Upon leaving we looked all around for a desk person. We yelled for about 10 minutes for someone and finally someone came. She looked like we woke her up. It just gave us a very unsafe feeling about the place. Otherwise the room was good.

Liked: The place was immaculate and conveniently located. I had a view of the river outside my window and easy access to the walking trail which was awesome.

Liked: Dover DE has terrible hotel options but this was definitely better than mostParking was difficult and room next door had tv blasting all night (think housekeeping left it in) but it was very clean for the area
