Great location, will be even...

Liked: The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and all other ammenities. There was only a short walk to the bus for our tour to Milford National Park and Milford Sound cruise. We then could walk to all other activities on our agenda.
Disliked: There is no parking which was a little frustrating. Although there was parking with in walking distance, the signage was poor which saw us parking in a bus zone overnight that led to a parking fine. So be ware.

Staff were wonderful and accomodating...

Liked: Ice and coffee machines were free and easy to use, which was super convenient, especially when it was getting cold. Having access to a laundry was great.

Did not disappoint

Liked: Loved the view from the rooftop deck. Easy walk into the centre of Queenstown. Free coffee/ drink facility on each level. Modern and clean rooms which I would highly recommend.
