Huge hotel with a lot of dining choices, although pricey.

Disliked: Distances between amenities.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and you couldn't get any TV channels either. There wasn't a working clock in the room. When I waited an hour and a half to check-in, I ended up missing a Motown show due to the hour and a half wait and did not get refunded the two hundred dollars for the show I missed because of their fault. Very bad! And it was all on a Sunday.

Liked: Breakfast at the cafe was good.
Disliked: I had to wait an hour and a half standing in line before getting a room.

Rude staff and shut down...

Liked: Amazed by a nice and clean hotel. Fast check-in, and a lot of retail stores are open. Great location
Disliked: There was miscommunication and rude staff on the floor. When I was checking in, I asked the staff at the front what time I could check out because I was offered a late check-out and had to pay extra. She asked how much I pay extra. I said fifty dollars, and the staff said I’ll be checked out at 3pm, and later at 2 am. My floor was cut out of the water facility without telling the guests, and left me with no water to flush my number for hours: no apology and nothing. Morning comes, and the maid mistakenly knocks on the door several times before checkout. Last string, the gentleman hit the door and said he’d call security to force him to leave because it was over the checkout time. I explained to the gentleman that I was getting confused and having miscommunication with your staff, so that I could check out at 3pm, but at 1 pm, it was already a problem

Liked: The many restaurants.
Disliked: Had to change rooms. The first room was smelly and had crap by the entrance. The new room was noisy every night with people banging doors. There was this constant knocking all through the nights I was there. There should be a way to get to the rooms without walking through the casino which was smoke filled. Mind you I was there for a conference and chose to stay at a name brand hotel which I regretted. Rooms are dated, small and dark. The bathroom was okay. Best part of the room if you can believe it. The carpets need replacement. I had to walk through the casino multiple times to get to the conference daily and to eat; and as a person with severe upper respiratory issues this was dreadful. The service was horrendous no bell carts or men to carry luggage which was a long walk, the check in person sent a group of us to the wrong tower on checking in, so imagine lugging your luggage around trying to find the right tower. We were able to locate the correct tower with the help of security. When I requested the room change, they took my original room key, so when I went up to the new room I realized, I need to retrieve my belongings from the smelly room (smelled like cheetos, feet and a**). I tried calling from my new room, but phone rang unanswered so I had to make the long trek back to the front desk, to retrieve the original room key. I requested a refrigerator for medication purposes. I hoped to go sightseeing, but because it took repetitive calls and a 2.5 hour wait for someone to bring one up after attempting to charge for a room refrigerator, I was too worn out. Never again...
