It needs an upgrade

Liked: The hotel is located 10min from the city center, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff were absolutely lovely. The mattress was new and extremely comfortable. HOWEVER, the bathroom in our room was full of mold, you could smell it and see it all over the bathroom. It was so bad in the bathtub that we decided to skip the shower that day.It has free parking and the breakfast is great.

Perfect stay!

Liked: This hotel is lovely and very close to the city centre. Only 25 mins walk to bus and train station. The rooms are very spacious and clean and staff is very helpful. (We also loved the terrace). We would definitely stay here again!

Ok hotel

Liked: Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is also nice. They have good sauna.
Disliked: We took spa ritual for couple but definitely not worth the money. Massage was bad and jacuzzi was cold. We left a bag and they kept it until we came back to take it but unfortunately some things from inside were missing. Very sad they looked in the bag and took what they wanted.

Disliked: Room is big, mattress solid like sleeping on concrete, but if you like hard mattress will work for you, that wasn't my case.Customer service isn't good, tried to retrieve an item left in the room and they had no clue about it, asked for guidelines to set a formal complaint they have failed to answer my texr, what a shame !
