Liked: Location was perfect, very central but tucked just away from the hustle and bustle. Very large room especially considering location, en-suite was modern, clean, perfect really. Yes there’s a staircase up to the rooms but not an issue, it’s central London so hardly surprising. Excellent value, excellent location, very happy helpful man at reception. All good, very pleased.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything they can improve on.

Liked: The location is fantastic - very close to Bond St station and my conference venue in Mayfair for a lot less than most hotels anywhere within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, and a fan was provided.
Disliked: The bed was not attached to the wall and every time I sat up it wheeled across the floor and hit the wall the other side of the room. Very hard to stop the pillows falling down the back as you move in the night. The tea/coffee provisions were poor with only powdered whitener and no spoons.
