Excellent

Liked: Location, is great lots of places to eat and shop. The rooms were nice and clean. They let us check in early.
Disliked: All the stairs. It’s not going to be for everyone .

Went to see Linkin Park...

Liked: Good sized bathroom. Good Italian restaurant below. Good for Bond Street Tube Station. Not paying the ridiculous jacked up prices of the Wembley hotels because of the Linkin Park gig.
Disliked: For a 3 adult room on Saturday night in central London, it served its purpose adequately. We have no complaints of any significance and would use the hotel again.

Liked: Location was very good. Close to restaurants, Oxford Street and Bond Street tube station.
Disliked: The stair was very awkward with no hand rail for the first floor. Pillows were a bit hard
