Exceptional

Satisfactory hotel.

Liked: The location was very good, close to metro stations and shops.
Disliked: It was very hot in the room, there is no air conditioning, only a small fan that doesn’t cool at all. Shampoo and soap were also missing (everyone staying at this hotel should definitely bring their own toiletries).

Lousy and unclean room with...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Dirty sheets, dirty towels, one lousy fan for four people, no hand washing soap, no hand or face towels, the power outlets were unaccessible due to the layout of the beds, the windows were hard to open, the shelves in the room and the bathroom were shaky and unstable and the room looked nothing like in the photos. It looks like house keeping has been on a strike for the last decade.

Overall, our stay is comfortable...

Liked: The location area has an easy access to all the train routes so it’s easy to commute and go to the places you want to see for sightseeing.
Disliked: There’s no elevator so good luck with your luggages.

Ideal location for my purpose...

Liked: It is perfectly situated for where I needed to be in London. For London and this location it is very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. I just need a bed and somewhere to change, no frills

Liked: Excellent location, and the room is quite spacious for London standards.
Disliked: For a three-star hotel, everything is acceptable, though the interior is a bit outdated. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly
