Comfortable stay and room big...

Liked: The location was great. It’s in very close proximity to the high street and designer shops and within walking distance from Buckingham Palace and St. James’ Park. There’s also a tube station close by. Plus, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out at 11am on our last day and come back for them since our train going home wasn’t until 3pm. So it was really handy being able to still wander around the city without having to drag our suitcases.
Disliked: The room that we were assigned at was across the road from where the reception was. To get to the room, we had to go through a door at the ground floor with a key card and make our way up to the 2nd floor through a narrow hallway and stairs, which felt a bit cramped (so not very good for those claustrophobic). There was no lift. In case of emergency or fire, we didn’t felt too safe navigating through the stairs and narrow hallway in the ground floor. The windows though are huge inside the room. Also, the toilet and bath were in separate rooms, which were ok, However, we had an issue with the sliding door of the shower cubicle as it didn’t have proper handles in them. So, on separate occasions, myself and my 9 y.o. grandnephew found ourselves trapped in the cubicle after showering as we were unable to open the sliding door. So we had to shout for other family members to come in and let us out of the shower cubicle. This is worrying if you happen to be alone in the room and there’s nobody to call out to.

Liked: No breakfast but found great places locally! Slept 5, we were 4 - adults and children but great value and plenty of room for all! Lots of stairs - 53 I think but all good!Tea/coffee Great location Near tube station and central to shops Bonus was dropping off and leaving luggage before our stay and before our journey home which was really kind!
Disliked: Nothing not to like! Excellent find and will definitely consider another stay if and when we’re in the city!

Comfortable, clean place to come...

Liked: The property was in a central location that made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go whether by train or by foot. The hotel was clean and as comfortable as we expected. Our room was tiny. The beds were comfortable. Water was hot with good water pressure in the shower. The A/C worked well.
Disliked: It’s London, so you don’t get much for the money. It was tight with 2 adults and 1 kid and 3 small suitcases.
