Great location, clean, but be...

Liked: We were pleased with the location and knew that there would be stairs. When we got to the top of the stairs we weee pleasantly surprised with our family suite.The staff member at reception was friendly and we were able to leave our luggage.
Disliked: We were disappointed that there was no fridge, however, when we mentioned this as we were leaving were were told that there was a fridge and a kitchen ‘but we needed to ask’ it was in a locked room in our suite!The other thing that was tricky and would be good to know in advance is that the reception is up a long flight of stairs too.

Comfortable room in an excellent...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent on a quiet side street, but with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. An easy walk from Bond Street station when coming in from Heathrow on Elizabeth Line. Very central - we could walk to nearly every central London location that we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The price was a bit steep for what you get, but I suppose that is just the price of staying in such a great location in central London.

Liked: Perfect location for 2 days at the royal society of medicine Had a big family room clean Left my case backvat the hotel while I had a few hours to kill waiting for my train home
Disliked: Unfortunately no lift so had to carry my case up to 3rd floor so not for the faint hearted.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and attentive, receptionist came to get me once it opened.
Disliked: It was the beds and the noise that let it down. Bed was uncomfortable and could hear either the room next door or whatever is in the building next to my room talking until early hours of the morning. Didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire weekend.

Fantastic location, a minute from...

Liked: Very central location, ideal for my 3 days in London. All the basics for a very good price.
Disliked: Lots of stairs and noisy outside at night, but that's a given in central London.
