Great location

Liked: Great location. Had a view of the cathedral. Good parking facilities
Disliked: Bathroom old. Needs updating.

Liked: Cosy, convenient dresser and nice bathroom!
Disliked: We asked to be near an accessible elevator if not on the ground floor, because of MASSES of luggage due to camping and we were no where near one. I have scoliosis which makes heavy luggage quite a challenge, but on this occasion it was near unbearable to deal with! Very lucky as helpful staff.

Liked: The location is superb with great views of the cathedral and central location for exploring Winchester. Restaurant staff at breakfast couldn't have been more helpful. Majority of staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The service on hotel reception was slow and lack lustre - chevk in was particulalry slow. We left a charging cable in our room and on return to the hotel only 2 hours after check out the member of staff on reception did little to help locate it - they were too busy in conversation with someone else. Having eventually located housekeeping staff the cable was.no where to be found and we left empty handed! Not great service. Hotel generally looking a little tired.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast, there were no details of breakfast in the accommadation as you would expect, times, food etc and none displayed inside.
Disliked: No information given about hotel when we arrived, about facilities, meal times, menu or anything. Scale stains in the toilet. Tea, coffee & milk in room was of poor quality and not enough. Old dated and poor condition furniture. Had a room above main entrance, far too noisy and had no sleep.
