Liked: Not much to like. If i had to pick something, maybe its location.
Disliked: The place was filthy, and the 1st room we had didn't have hot water. Then they moved us next to a function room that had loud music. This room was also filthy.

Great Service, Great Meals, Not...

Liked: Staff were absolutely wonderful and whilst under extreme pressure around meal times they always maintained top rate personalities and service where they could...just too short staffed and that put them under unfair pressure.
Disliked: Waiting for over an hour for my meal once ordered and then the mains came out before the entree...not serving girls fault as they were nearly running. Just too short of staff in the kitchen me thinks.Waiting too long for only one bar staff to serve...up to 10mins in line sometime....not enough staff.I booked here on the web due to needing some type of comfortable recliner, Adelaide type or sofa in my room as I was there for 5 days and all I had when I got there was kitchen chairs...not good!

Disliked: The restaurant was understaffed and the meals took almost 40 minutes to be delivered.

Liked: The staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Cabin was clean.Nice overlooking the lake but the dead scrub should be cut back.
Disliked: It was a lot of money for what it was.No hot water the night we checked in (it come on in the morning)Could hear a pin drop on the floor in another room and feel every movement of someone walking through.Room service app didn’t work, then when we tried to order room service over the phone, were told it was buffet in the restaurant only.

Disliked: Old outdated rooms, rusted door frame, air conditioner had a ripped up coca cola carton jammed between it and the wall to stop the vibrating noise
