Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was convenient for us
Disliked: Our room was old and tired , the walls were dirty , the carpet had seen better days and the Aircon was noisy . Just getting to the room was inconvenient over a ramp up some stairs then down some stairs, just as well we didn't have a lot of luggage .

Liked: Its a beautiful setting with very convenient amenities. A good location.
Disliked: Room wasn't the cleanest. Marks on pillows and old blood stains on blanket. Most uncomfortable thing i didn't like was on the second day, our room was approached twice regarding clean up after check out even tho we weren't checking out until the next day. More so, the day of check out (check out time 10am) at 9am when getting dressed to get ready to check out, a cleaning person just opened the door and went to walk in, didn't knock or anything and proceeded to say oh these haven't checked out yet like we were in the wrong. Very uncomfortable as it was a breach of our privacy and weren't fully clothed. When making the reception aware when checking out. Didn't seem to care.

Liked: The setting is lovely and staff very helpful. The food in the restaurant is good quality. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

After sorting it ,,,Thought. The breakfast was pretty ordinary especially. Bacon. For. The pricePretty. Sad. Considering last time I stayed they said I hadn't paid when I. Had !!Considering other options next townsville trip. Considering price. Not cheap for work trip
