Overall pretty much as expected - nothing at all to grumble about. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Great staff

Liked: The staff were really nice and very polite
Disliked: I had a mini stroke during the stay and all the other guests did was watch me for the rest of the stay, one guest even got his kid to watch us outside our room

Not pleasurable wouldn’t recommend.

Liked: Tired
Disliked: Contacted me in the week prior to offer upgrade at a discount price which I accepted. Arrived and upgraded room not available. Then was lied to regarding the difference from the room we were given to what the upgraded room would have been.

Average Hotel but Staff excellent

Liked: Staff very Friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable due to the mattress. Also the location this wasn't the best. I wouldn't class this as Central Swansea. And I feel it was a bit over priced fir what it was.
