Overall pretty much as expected - nothing at all to grumble about. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Booked family room. Single bed was still located under bed and not set up. Very hard to pull out. Slats on single bed not in place. And not pillows for single bed. Due to traffic we arrived late around 9.30pm asked if kitchen was open and advised it was shut despite the hotel being advertised as 24hr room service. Gentleman working at the bar (not in uniform) was very rude to his staff members which felt uneasy to witness. He was not rude to me though. Half the bedroom lights didn’t work.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The doors throughout the corridor. Very strange colour, lots of marks on the doors. Pictures on the walls were great. It just needs attention to detail.
