Good, but Missing in The...

Liked: Easy check-in and speed of elevator. Very professional and efficient.Wifi was very easy to connect and worked very well.
Disliked: We indicated that our room did not need to be cleaned as per hotel policy, and it was still entered/cleaned. It is very frustrating if the hotel is going to make a policy and then not follow it.There was no ice for drinks available in the hotel or any effort to resolve the issue for its occupants. And, there was nothing indicated at check-in to advise of the lack of ice.

Liked: Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Largish rooms.
Disliked: We had asked for any check in. It was a request knowing that it is not guaranteed. The ladies at the reception did not welcome us with warmth. They seemed to take pride in saying they could not accommodate us. All they had to do was welcome us (we were the only guests in the reception at that time), offer to keep our bags and send us to look at the old town with instructions. We had to ask for every one of these, met with most monosyllabic answers and lack of enthusiasm. After checking in later that afternoon we saw the first broad smiles from the housekeeping team that came to visit us with a wellcome card. This welcome was absent during the check in.

Nice comfy hotel

Liked: It was a really nice hotel, only issue we had was that the fridge in the room didn't work properly, and the heating was centrally controlled and a bit hot.
