Liked: Clean.tidy with friendly staff but one of your staff members was fantastic. Katarina was awesome especially with our little one.she really went above her duties to help us

Liked: Great location (view), friendly staff, clean and great facilities - gym, spa, saunas.
Disliked: $15/day to park in outside carpark.

Liked: Good value for the money. Nice location -- not very far from the town center, like 20min walk distance. Nice for after-dinner wallking. Can see the large lake and hills right inside the room. Clean and comfortable.

Disappointing

Disliked: Our room is very smelly. Stuff came and clean it again. But still smelly, like someone vomit on the room. And quilt and mattress have some mouldy spot.

Liked: It was comfort and clean
Disliked: Overall property was tired. The air conditioner in the room made a ticking noise all night. Reception tried to charge us $15 for parking but changed their mind once they saw when we had booked. We had to negotiate.
