Liked: Very friendly staff. Kept the luggage for me for the day. Offered a free upgrade.
Disliked: My personal opinion, but I’m not a big fan of carpet in the room.

Great Short Stay

Liked: Amazing staff. They were quick to answer questions and were very friendly. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready. The rooms were small and simple but met our needs. Very clean and efficient. Near everything. Looking forward to going back.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent location, room size and...

Liked: My second stay at this hotel and it represents superb value and great location, right next door to Paddington Station. The room was more than comfortable - huge for London really. The hotel gives thoughtful little touches such as complimentary chocolates and drinks in the room. Overall excellent value and stay. Thanks once again.
Disliked: Room was an internal room, so no outside window (just an inner light well). For me this is quite disconcerting. The breakfast is in a restaurant chain next door so I decided to skip this to do my own thing. The lift as usual in London is very small and juddery.
