Liked: Nathing
Disliked: I payed for this hotel £332.54 family room double bed & one single bed. Was awful I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at your hotel. I paid £332.54 for a room, only to be placed in the basement, where the unacceptable. Was so HOT in there air conditioners was not working properly This was far below the standard I expected for the price charged. The experience ruined my stay,

Lovely small boutique hotel a...

Liked: Very close to Paddington station. Neighborhood has lots of pubs, coffee shops & a little market right next door.
Disliked: The pillows seemed hard.

Superb

Liked: The location was very central, close to shops, restaurants, attractions and transport. The staff were absolutely lovely very sweet and helpful. Special mention to Ayse from the hotel restaurant who looked after us most mornings and made us feel extremely welcome, nothing being too much trouble for her.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Good value from money.

Terrible hotel.

Liked: This hotel does not meet the standards of a four star property. The room was very small, even though we had booked a King Room. The elevator was out of service for our entire 10 day stay, and we had to climb four floors every morning and night , it felt like a nightmare.Cleanliness was also a major issue. The towels in the room were dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the public areas were dusty and poorly maintained.This is definitely not a four star hotel. The only positive aspect is the location, it’s conveniently close to Paddington Station.
Disliked: You can find better quality hotel for the same price.
