Liked: Beautiful rooms. Staff just lovely. Breakfast unreal!
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a walk but easily doable.

Ideal for an overnight stay...

Liked: A comfortable hotel a short walk from Paddington Station. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, tucked away from the bustle closer to the station, and our room looked out onto the trees in the little square. The standard room is a reasonable size for London with a good sized shower and well-designed features like wardrobe space. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was just what we needed for our final night in London.
Disliked: The bar in the lobby wasn't very well stocked, but this is a minor quibble.

Liked: Service staff was great, helpful and jovial. though the initial impression was bad as the doorman wanted to shoo us off when we were trying to get luggage into lobby, asked if we are sure we are at "right place"There's niceties in the room like cofee/ tea / choc / water, which is very kind.Overall cleanliness is okay.
Disliked: 1. The room was unbearably hot, and the AC is not working. it states 25.4 degree and the sun was shining right onto our bed. set the AC to 20 degree to try cool room but after 8 hours, still 25.2 degree. obviously not working2. No way to open windows (to cool room) or to adjust shades (so others can see into our room)3. The declared room size is definitely not accurate. this room is super small4. the worst (and creepiest) is that the floor boards are creaky (i can hear upstairs people walking the whole evening). it's creepy.
