Very good

Liked: The location is very convenient, the beds were comfortable, staff friendly. Appreciated the drinks and nespresso machine in the room.
Disliked: We had a ground floor room facing a wall. The shower was extremely weak. For this price I expected something nicer.

Liked: The breakfast was amazingly dissapointing. So we took our beakfast the dollowing days elsewhere. How can someone ruin simple dishes like toast? Eggs where awfull. The bread sour and anything else was tasteless. Even the coffee dis not meet our standards. But the peppermint tea was delicious.
Disliked: Advice: hire a better chef. Pls.

Liked: Perfect location.
Disliked: No parking facilities included or available with the hotel.Breakfast was average but the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Liked: The location was excellent, very close to Paddington station, in a nice neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a hole in the wall, told them in the morning, got it fixed in the afternoon, very efficient. A staff wasn't very polite, told them during check out and they promised to report to their manager and offered complimentary drinks. Their reaction to the issue was very assuring and made me feel that they value customer's experience. So, despite this issue, I would still rate their staff 5-star.
Disliked: The room is a bit small, but its London, so its kinda expected.

Liked: Location was really good, close to the train station and had a ton of hop on hop off buses. Staff were really helpful
Disliked: The size of the bathroom and had no exhaust fan
