Disliked: Despite the nice weather there wasn’t anywhere to sit outside. The food in the restaurant was poor quality in the evening. There was a very strong smell of ‘weed’ in our corridor - so much so that we had to open a window in our room!

Would visit again. 5*

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Size of rooms were decent sizes. Parking was good. Lovely staff.
Disliked: on the fact sheet given on arrival, it states that the they WIFI is excellent however when trying to connect to WIFI it kept disconnecting and when rang was told to go out the room and try to connect again which also failed. Not ideal when kids want to connect to their devices such as a switch or laptop. WIFI had excellent connection in the breakfast area.

Great location, great friendly accommodating...

Liked: The room was a good size, I had myself and 2 boys,15 and 11, and we all had a bed each, plus room to move and put cases still. The breakfast was great as kids were free!! My boys loved it and can eat, set us up for the day as a good range of cold and hot food available and the staff were very accommodating. The reception staff were very good and helped me with an issue around checking out earlier and paying one night less too. Booking.com stated they would take 24 hours, but took 3 days to respond and didn't assist or resolve the issue.
