Cute, Quaint and Accommodating for...
Liked: The staff was very friendly even at our after hours middle of the night check in time and when we decided we enjoyed the cute quiet and private hotel so much we extended our stay.The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Each room had a mini fridge/freezer, shower and bathtub, a cute sitting table for two, and were very clean. The price was too good to beat and if I ever come for a visit I will be choosing here hands down!
Disliked: I only missed having a vending machine on site for late. Ight movie snacking but a vending machine not on site was and is not a huge deal to me..

Clean, comfortable property
Liked: Well kept property, good value, comfortable beds, friendly staff
Disliked: The heater was placed in the sink area and took a long time to warm up the room. Would love to see a continental breakfast come back to this type of property.

Disliked: On three occasions my wife and I stayed at the Ukiah, Ca 95482 location. Although the stay was good we did not receive our $50.00 deposits back on our departure. We live nearby so we didn't think about the deposits nor did the staff remind us. When it finally dawned on me that we didn't receive our deposits back for those 3visits I confronted the main person that had checked us in all 3 times he only offered to eliminate the deposit for the one visit. Not wanting to argue and tired I paid for the room. Now not paying the deposit solves nothing since we are supposed to get it back. Our rooms were almost the same checking out as to when we arrived. I'm out $150.00 and the hotel gained $150.00 or the person that checked us in/out did. I'm furious because of the loss but more to the fact that we are repeat customers and they said nothing to us about our deposits anytime, our phone numbers are given when checking in but we just leave the key in the night stand along with a generous tip for housekeeping personnel.
