Modern hotel conveniently located.

Liked: A really fabulous hotel with an amazing and modern reception area and rooms. The room layout was spacious and comfortable. Room was cleaned and replenished every day which was great. Very close to Birkenstraße U stop which was convenient. Also really liked having a super market on the bottom floor which was very handy!
Disliked: Unfortunately in the upstairs section of the suite the air conditioning didn’t work. We reported this on arrival and the maintenance team came to look at it but it still was very hot upstairs.

A weird place.

Disliked: I was in the suite with a kitchenette. No forks, no knifes, no spoons, no plates, no detergent, nothing. Oh, and if you're looking for glasses to put your toothbrush in, they're not in the bathroom. They're in the toilet. Do you want to have the curtains half opened? Nope. The electric curtains can either be fully opened so the sun blasts through the 5 meter high windows on full blast, or can be fully drawn so that you're in complete darkness. And people say things aren't black and white. Also, prepare to get lost in the hallways and corridors of this absurdly confusing hotel. Whoever designed it should stay off the mushrooms for a while.

Disliked: The fitness center is closed too early!

Liked: It’s cool looking, kept my luggage safe while I wandered around before my check in time.
Disliked: The blankets barely cover a person and there was only one pillow. Also who the hell designs a hotel and puts the reception desk on the 2nd floor.
