Liked: Lovely staff . Very helpful when I needed a nail file and looked after our bags after checkout for an afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. Room clean and tidy. Nice comfy warm bed. Fantastic location and great price. Would have booked for the return trip but alas no vacancies.
Disliked: Wee things needed fixing in the rooms but nothing major.

Very nice stay, perfect for...

Liked: Location is very central and excellent for shops, pubs also short walking distance to the kings theatre (reason for stay) the room was roasting heating was on and didnae know how to turn it down. On 1st floor not much traffic or street noise. Bed was comfy pillows slightly lumpy. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices and got topped up when ever low amounts.
Disliked: Being nick pickie I would say better pillows.

Liked: The warm welcome when we arrived was lovely we arrived early at 11.00am and were allowed in our room so that was fabxRoom was small but really cosy.The beds were super comfy.
Disliked: Overall our stay was perfect,the breakfast could have been better however we are not fussy people

One night in the city

Liked: Location was central and perfect for coming off a train at Glasgow Central. Despite the central location it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Disliked: There was a stain on the carpet that looked like someone had vomited, the room smelled damp.
