Liked: All the staff were absolutely amazing. They are a credit to the hotel. They were all happy to help and were very courteous. A big shout out to Lucy who went out of her way to make sure we were happy and make sure the food we had was perfect.... which it was. It was my daughter's birthday and Lucy made her stay memorable ❤️I have to say that having a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi free to use with your stay is an amazing feature.We had an evening meal, which was gorgeous and the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Our stay was only for 1 night and met our needs.
Disliked: Everything was fine.staff very welcoming

Liked: The facilities were great and staff were all friendly. Clean rooms with just what you need in them.
Disliked: The rooms were extremely hot.

Disliked: The room was very hot and stuffy. No cooling and fan was ineffective. Brought my own fan just in case otherwise I could not have stayed there.

Liked: The staff were helpful, especially the young lady on reception in the morning, and the young man in the evening who was very pleasant and helped with my case up the stairs (no lift), and found some fans to bring to my room when I enquired as to why it was so hot.
Disliked: The hotel looks very tired and much in need of a refurbishment. The room was incredibly hot, from the hot water pipes. It felt as though the heating was on full blast. From the amount of open windows I would guess other rooms were similarly hot. There was no air conditioning.
