Liked: I liked my room. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel workers would constantly enter the room without asking, open the door with their key and walk to the center of the room. And only then would they apologize and leave.

Liked: Receptionist moved us to a different upgraded room as the first room the tv didnt work, was super noisy and was so hot
Disliked: First room the tv didnt work, was super noisy and was so hot, also had room service which they put chilli all over my food which i dont like so just left it in the corridor

Liked: The breakfast is very good
Disliked: The rooms don't have air con and get very hot in the summer.House keeping is a bit hit and miss, stayed 4 nights and for3 days we didn't get enough towels and on the 4th didn't get anything done.The shower gel had run out so we asked for it to be refilled - nothing done. Think they need more staff cleaning rooms etc.Coach tour of 60 older people using the hotel whilst we were there so evening meal fully booked and a bit chaotic at breakfast as they all arrived at the same timeNot the hotels fault but our bathroom stunk off weed every night, someone in rooms down stairs smoking it.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money
Disliked: Rooms very tired. Asked for upgraded but did not get it Parking not secure but they did allow bikes at front. Signage very poor

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: We did find the beds a little uncomfortable.

Disliked: The room we were in needs updating. The bathroom tiles were full of black mould around the shower, which was a shame as the room was very clean other than this. The furniture was dated and showing its age. I was also a bit disappointed there was no hair conditioner provided. There was shampoo, body wash and cream so just felt conditioner should be there too. I didn’t bring my own as I’ve never needed to in a 4* hotel .
