Disliked: Very hard to find parking, no warning about testing of firealarms.

Woken at 7:30 am by...

Liked: The room was decorated okay, but the bed frame didn’t match the rest of the furniture, which made it feel a bit thrown together. The location was good — close to the beach and not too far from the town centre — but there was only one lift for the whole hotel, which made getting around frustrating.
Disliked: In the morning, we were woken up at 7:30 am by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the entire hotel. I understand these things can happen, but what really disappointed me was that the hotel didn’t apologise, offer any discount on the stay or parking, or make any effort to make us feel welcome afterwards.
