Disappointed

Liked: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonable.
Disliked: This hotel was specifically booked as a ‘spa break’ for my Birthday but on arrival the pool was out of order due to too much chlorine in it. The response was ‘shrugged shoulders’ - could have had a cheaper hotel with no pool.

Liked: Staff were great so nice and helpful and could not do enough for us. Property is clean but tired. Breakfast choices ( hot options were limited to English breakfast) Location was great though :-)

Disliked: Bathroom needs updating. Floor are very loud. You can hear people above you. Very noisy at night due to this.

Liked: Staff were fantastic, both evening meals and breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Hotel looks and is tired, needing investment.

Liked: The location is good and the staff were really friendly and hard working
Disliked: There was a temporary male changing room for the pool which wasn’t ideal and no steam room. More seats around the pool area are needed.
