Superb

Liked: It’s an old building with new amenities. Fantastic room, very big for motel. The bathroom was small, but very clean and newly appointed. Ted is a wonderful host!

Very clean and quiet place...

Liked: The room was very clean and cozy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is central to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. We totally enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place to stay!

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The full size refrigerator and kitchen area was very nice since we brought most of our food with us and made up lunches to take with us each day. The staff was very friendly and kind. This motel is family led and they run a very good business!
Disliked: We loved everything. We have absolutely no complaints!
